Hot Pilates Fran

Welcome to a “Pilates Fusion” style class! Grab a towel because its going to be a HOT one! This style class incorporates the use of light hand weights, resistance bands and a yoga block to engage and strengthen your powerhouse, abdominal muscles, obliques, glutes, lower back and shoulders while combining Pilates style movements with multiple fitness elements in a heated room.
