Robert and Savana Croce are the passionate duo behind our studio, bringing energy, expertise, and a deep commitment to wellness into every class. As certified Inferno Hot Pilates instructors, they’ve dedicated themselves to helping others transform both body and mind through challenging, high-intensity, low-impact workouts.
With years of experience in the fitness industry, Savana coming from a professional dance background that took her all over the world dancing with artists like Demi Lovato and Iggy Azalea, and Robert having a background in weight training and HIIT, these two live and breathe what they teach. Their mission is to create a motivating, inclusive space where every client feels empowered to push limits and reach their full potential. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or leveling up, Robert and Savana are here to inspire, guide, and sweat alongside you.

Camille is a contemporary Pilates instructor known for creating heated, full-body sculpt classes that are both challenging and deeply intentional. Blending modern sequencing with rhythmic, energizing pacing, her classes focus on building strength, length, and endurance while connecting movement to breath. Using props like light weights and resistance bands, she targets deep stabilizing muscles through seamless transitions and dynamic flow. Expect to sweat, feel empowered, and leave class strong, aligned, and more connected to your body.

I began my career in education, earning undergraduate degrees in Early Childhood Education and Visual and Performing Arts, along with a master’s degree in Language and Literacy. While I loved teaching, my path eventually evolved toward a more holistic approach to helping others grow and thrive.
My intention is to create a safe, empowering space where you can move, flow, release, and feel good in your body. I love challenging people to discover just how strong they truly are—both inside and out. Through movement, breath, and mindfulness, my goal is to help you tap into the power, resilience, and confidence that already lives within you.
I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and hold certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Tone & Flow, Yoga Nidra, Pilates, Buti Yoga, Kids Yoga, Reiki, and Holistic Health Coaching.

Katelyn is a Sculpt instructor and Mat Pilates certified teacher with a background as a former Division I track and field athlete. After graduating, she discovered heated Pilates, which reshaped how she views fitness-offering a strong, sweaty, and intentional workout without the burnout of high-impact training. Her classes are designed to challenge and empower students while helping them build strength, confidence, and resilience both physically and mentally.

250-hour certified yoga instructor. I enjoy helping others feel relaxed through whatever they may be
experiencing, such as stress or everyday life. I started my yoga
journey in 2022. It has made a huge impact on my life. I'm also a certified holistic nutritionist who is passionate about guiding people on their unique path to wellness. Before this, I graduated from Wheelock College in Education. I ended up turning my career over in the medical field. After working in the medical field for years, I realized I wanted to use my experience, combined with my degree in education, to teach others the importance of wellness and help guide people on their individual wellness journeys.
