Hot Pilates Keila

This low-impact Pilates class focuses on deep core activation, pelvic floor connection, and moving with your breath. Bands, weights, and blocks are used to support the movement, enhance body awareness, and deepen connection. This is a space to tune in, move deliberately, and feel present in every moment.
