Cancellation Policy

At The Hot Room, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our clients. To ensure we can continue offering exceptional service and maintain a consistent schedule, we require the following cancellation policy:

Month-to-Month Membership Cancellation Notice
All membership cancellations require a minimum of 14 days' written notice. This notice must be submitted in person at the front desk. The 14-day period begins on the date we receive your cancellation request.

Drop-In Cancellation Notice
All drop-in cancellations require 24 hours notice to receive a class credit. Class credits expire 30 days after cancellation date.

Billing During Notice Period
Your account will continue to be billed during the 14-day notice period. You will have full access to the studio and all classes during this time.

Early Termination Fees
If you choose to cancel your membership without providing 14 days' notice, an early termination fee equivalent to one month’s membership rate may apply.

Class Package Expiry & Refunds
All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that unused classes will expire based on the terms outlined at the time of purchase.
