What is Hot Pilates?

Hot Pilates is a high-energy, low-impact workout done in a heated room around 95 degrees. Using body weight movements, light-weight dumbbells and resistance bands, Hot Pilates helps you build strength, sculpt and tone muscles, and boost endurance.
Set to fun, upbeat music, it's the perfect way to feel powerful., energized, and totally amazing in your own skin.

Why 95 degrees?

95 degrees is the sweet spot! Thanks to our perfect heat-to-humidity ratio, your muscles will thank you! They will warm up faster, reducing risk of injury and improving flexibility.
The extreme heat will boost your heart rate and burn more calories! Not only do you burn during class but your body will be shedding calories for up to 24-48 hours.

What do I need for class?

Get the most out of your Hot Pilates class by coming prepared! Here's what you'll need:

  • Yoga Mat – A non-slip mat is essential for comfort and stability.

  • Yoga Mat Towel – Helps absorb sweat and keep your mat grippy during class.

  • Face Towel – Trust us, you’ll want one!

  • Water Bottle – Hydration is key—bring a full bottle.

  • Optional: Dumbbells & Resistance Band – Love your own equipment? Feel free to bring your own light weights or resistance band to your workout.
